このゲームのメインシナリオ。
船の中には古いログファイルがあることがあり、ログが見つかった場合は船を探索する前に読むことが出来る。
特定の条件を達成する必要のあるログも存在するため、しっかり条件を確認することが必要である。
ログを収集することで、広大な宇宙で独りぼっちになってしまった理由や経緯の手がかりを得ることが出来る。

ドローンを全て失った等の理由でメニューから進行状況のリセットを行っても、ログの収集状況はリセットされない。
